LC GLOBAL® is a New York City–based Organization Design consulting firm founded in 2008. We specialize in Organization Design for growth, adaptability, and AI transformation. Our work spans three continents, diverse industries, and organizations ranging from growing SMEs to Fortune 50 companies.
Our Organization Design approach is grounded in Human and Organizational Behavior, Systems, and Development. We understand an organization as an interconnected system in which structure, people, decisions, processes, technology, and ways of working continuously shape how the organization behaves and performs. That perspective allows us to recognize patterns without forcing organizations into standardized models—and to design around the realities, strengths, and ambitions of each organization.
Ultimately, our work is about co-creating next-level organizations that can adapt, scale, and create new value—by design.

Like a Jazz Band
At the center of LC GLOBAL® is a small core team of experienced Organization Design experts with varied professional and industry backgrounds. We work much like a jazz ensemble. For every engagement, we assemble the constellation of experts that best fits the organization, the challenge, and the type of process. Each person brings mastery of their discipline, listens closely, and contributes to a shared direction. For your AI & Transformation engagements, we collaborate with trusted AI and technology partners to tailor the solutions to the organization and the work at hand.
During all projects, we work closely with and enable the people in your organization. Their engagement builds the understanding, ownership, and internal capability required to carry the transformation forward. This allows us to keep our teams small and focused. Like a jazz ensemble, our work draws its strength from the way expertise and responsiveness come together throughout our collaboration.
