Session 2:  Your Unique Selling Point, Vision & Mission

April 19, 8-10 pm EST 

  • Exploring what makes you stand out.
  • Understanding your unique values and how you can use them for your USP/vision/mission.
  • Homing in on the best and most supportive versions of your USP/vision/mission for your marketing/sales. 
  • Discussions, group work, individual exercises.


Session 3: Compelling Messages & Actions to Support Your USP  
April 26, 8-10 pm EST 

  • Crafting provocative propositions to support your USP.
  • Developing actions that help materialize the provocative propositions.
  • Integrating provocative propositions and actions into your websites, client meetings, marketing & sales. 
  • Discussions, group work, individual exercises.

Session 4: Identifying and Transforming Unhelpful Belief Systems

  • Identifying mental roadblocks regarding your positioning, marketing, and sales. 
  • Transforming old unhelpful patterns into new powerhouses.
  • Gaining confidence in positioning and marketing yourself.

Session 5: Tailored Business Development Plan & Time Line.

  • Setting new business and growth goals (and enjoying it).
  • Discovering potential obstacles and roadblocks.
  • Refining and committing to your business growth.
  • Discussions and exercises that lead to the development of a business development plan and growth timeline.

Session 6: Showcase your new positioning, USP, & Biz Plan

May 17, 8-10 pm EST 

  • Present your tailored business development plan, vision, mission, and USP.
  • Receive feedback from your cohort peers and Dr. Jacobi.
  • Reflect on the feedback and benefit from other plans and ideas.
  • Make final refinements to your own business development plan.

Each participant will walk away from this workshop with a hands-on business development plan and a timeline for carrying it out. They will have a unique and ready-to-use value proposition and clear USPs. They will know how to market themselves where and in which ways. Participants will have a clear understanding of future developments in the field and how to proactively position themselves to thrive in a changing environment. They will have enjoyed a think- bigger perspective and adopted a can-do mindset. As a result, they will have considerably pushed their own envelope. Most of all, participants will have a network of peers that can serve as a consistent support group in the future.
