Erika is the founder and Head Consultant of LC GLOBAL®. As an international business leader with 15+ years of experience, she has consulted with multinationals in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. She has coached national and international business leaders, including Fortune 100 leaders. Her background is in Organizational Psychology and Large Scale Organizational Change. Her Ph.D. research topic focuses on “The Role of Narratives in Organizational Change.” Erika’s customers have included Microsoft, Sony Mobile Communications and members of the United Nations.

Cynthia Cavalli, Ph.D.

Cynthia Cavalli is a systems and organization development consultant specializing in the dynamics of change and transformation. She has 30 years of experience in aerospace engineering, a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems, an MBA, and a BS in Physics. Dr. Cavalli has developed a unique approach to organizational transformation that integrates findings from complexity science and Jungian psychology. She specializes in helping large and small organizations creatively leverage periods of uncertainty.

Barton Buechner, Ph.D.

Barton is a scholar-practitioner with over 30 years of experience in, organizational communication, change management and strategy development at the state, national and international levels. He is a fellow of the Council for Excellence in Government in Washington, DC. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the CMM Institute for Personal and Social Evolution and is an advisor to several advocacy and network organizations in higher education and talent acquisition.

Sandhya is a leader in developing innovative talent management and HR strategies. Sandhya has a Master’s degree in Organization Development and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same field at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California.

Dr. Tojo Thatchenkery (Ph.D. Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University) is a Professor and the Director of Organization Development and Knowledge Management at the School of Public Policy. He is also a member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science (www.ntl.org) and the Taos Institute (www.taosinstitute.net). Professor Thatchenkery has over twenty-five years of experience in teaching at various public policy, MBA, organization development, and executive development programs in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Professor Thatchenkery coined the expression Appreciative Intelligence™ and is the thought leader in this field.

Dr. Miguel Guilarte

Dr. Miguel Guilarte brings together knowledge of group process facilitation, change management, strategic planning and implementation. He supports organizations striving for excellence and effective results by providing consulting on communications, cultural and organizational change processes. Dr. Guilarte has broad professional and academic background in psychology, sociology, organizational design, management, information technology and the interface with human systems in process desig. He holds  degrees in theology and philosophy from Yale University, and degrees in sociology and organizational management from Columbia University. Dr. Guilarte has been a professor at Columbia University in New York City, the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and is currently on the faculty at the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
