Coaching and Consulting
Successful applicants meet the following requirements:
- You have gone through an appropriate education as a management coach/trainer or process consultant and you are educated in at least one of the following fields: Organizational Culture Change, Organizational Development, Leadership, Intercultural Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Workforce Development or Psychology.
- You have professional experience as management coach, -trainer or consultant of at least 2-5 years.
- You are interested in the development of individuals and enjoy working with people.
- You are service-oriented .
- You share our values and mission.
